Account stolen
My account was stollen. Its name is Eu_Eu and I can easily proof its mine and not from who is with it.
The guy who stole changed the password and the e-mail. So I cant retrieve it from resending password to my email. Can someone help me?
Some Red Talon can help me to say its mine. Mainly Maddawag420, the old leader, who is my friend and the guy who got my account doesnt know why. I can proof. Just need someone to help me.

Try to use the emergency code that was emailed to your accounts email.
Even if someone change both password and email, the emergency code still be on the original accounts email adress.

I remember when they hacked VyNNy's account, and he did the same, delet the message... and they return the account to him

Well, in that case, what have they done to retrieve his acc? I want to play. =/ There is more than a month i dont play cause i am working and now it happens... Can someone please help me? ☹
Could bers tell me which email is the original of Eu_Eu? Maybe i am looking at the wrong one. I have more than 2 account and i use many emails to other games too. Maybe i am forgetting one. Please, if you tell me which email is, i can easily access it and get the code if i didn't delete from there. And if was deleted, resend it to the original and i will get it. I only want to get my account!

I'm afraid the only thing that will help you is the code that was sent to you when you created your account.
We have these rules in place to protect the owner (in this case, Eu_Eu), from possible theft and other violations. Oftentimes, requesting such information (as you are now) could CAUSE theft. If in fact they got your game password and not the email, the perpetrator could easily test out the password on the email address (which he doesn't know yet) and therefore completing the entire account takeover process.
If in fact you are not Eu_Eu, you see why we must withhold certain information? You need to figure out a way to get that code and send it to support@enkord.com

But I AM Eu_Eu and I told ya i can prove it. But the problem is: I dont remember my email. I created an email that is not my usual to make this account. The good point is that I use always the same password to all email I create (not to account in games, only to emails). So, if i can know the email, I can check it out and see the code. I am telling you I am Eu_Eu and i need my account back. I am working and have not been playing for a month about. Now, i wanna back to it. But i WANT MY ACCOUNT BACK. Please, only tell me the email and i will prove the account is mine! Isnt it fair? And simple? ☹
Think a moment: the guy got my account, changed the pass and the email. OK, now he has its control, but the original email is the only one which has the code. That email he cant acess. Even if you say the email to him, he wont know the password. But i DO the pass. I just dont know the email (name@server.com, yahoo or hotmail, the both I use). Tell me the email and i will prove the account is mine. I can prove it too if I tell things about Red Talons, that told much thing to this account and the guy who got it doesnt know. I can tell many things to prove this account is mine, i just dont tell it or the guy will get this info and use against me. Please, i am asking to you, tell me the email. Tell to him too if you want, he wont be possible to acess.
OBS: the email has my name, Gabriel, or some abreviature (g., for example) and the server is hotmail.com or rocketmail.com (from yahoo). Check it out. I am telling the truth. 😎

Sorry for double post, but I wont edit again my posts. 😎 I really want my account back, and even if I cant get it back, I prefer it banned than any other thing. So, I need to hear: what are you gonna do? Cause while I am here writing, someone can be playing and using the cash I got refeering players. 😡 Its not fair and I wont give up.

Just say the original e-mail to him, he will enter on it and put the emergency code.
If he wasn't the real Eu_Eu, what could he do with a e-mail adress?

You guys do realize we can't just ban any account just because some people say its stolen right? I understand your concern, but you really need to look at this from our perspective ☹ If, in fact, Eu_Eu is not you (I know you say it is) we can't just simply ban him because some people claim its them and want it banned? Do you understand our dilemma? We have rules and protocol in place for this very reason. And this is why we have each been provided with the code that was sent to our accounts.
A word to all Gunrox players... It is HIGHLY advised that you document the code on a word document or write it down in a second location and not just leave it in your email.

OK, I know its was my fault. But i told ya I can prove I am Eu_Eu and if you check my original email you will see its what I told. I can talk to many people in game and they will easily see who am I cause i am a good friend to many people.
And anyway, as Ed_Hunter told, what can I do with the email adress? Will I hack it? LOL, I dont even know how to do it. But think a moment, dont you think strange if I am not Eu_Eu, that the "real" Eu_Eu didnt say anything yet? Didn't even claim anything? I am here, fighting to get it back and the other guy is not speaking anything.
Talk to him if you can and say to him come here and post on the forum. He will fastly fall down when the people ask him something and he wont know to answer. 🙄 I am telling you:
I am Eu_Eu. I made some mistakes and now I have to pass for it all to recover my account, but its not a problem. When I get it back, I will be sure to anyone steal it anymore. But now I want it before someone start using it to fake and destroy all my pretty stats. ☹

Waiting and waiting... And none seems to see what I am saying. Ok, I will wait and I am not too worried for while, cause the player looks that he has stopped entering in the game. I hope he will keep doing it until I can solve all here. But I really won't give up, so please, tell what is passing on your minds, moderators. I won't hide anything to prove I am Eu_Eu and reverse this situation. I still waiting some action.

So obvious...
It started already. Eu_Eu was banned for 24 hours. Next time will be 48 hours and 72, and then forever. And just cause I can't get it back. You moderators do realize that I am REALLY talking the truth? 😲 Yep, Chicken. First ban already came and it won't stop. Eu_Eu now will only cause trouble to you and it's not my fault. Hope it makes you think again about my case... 😎
