Outposts added to the game (currently in Beta stage so it might contain bugs).
Outpost Battle
Outpost Battle is a special type of clan battle which is possible only at outpost locations. Such battle occurs once per day per outpost location at specific time. Clan who won Outpost Battle becomes Outpost owner and receives Outpost bonus while he retains Outpost ownership.
15 minutes before the battle clan registration starts. If clan wants to fight for Outpost, clan leader or war adivsor of that clan must doit within 15 minutes before the battle. Players of regisered clans willing to participate in Outpost Battle must be present at Outpost location waiting for automatic battle start (without being ovverloaded).
Battle will start automatically and only 2 clans play it - current Outpost owner and one of the registered clans, taking in account that:

  • if Outpower owner is not defined or not ready for battle, 2 clans are picked among registered ones;
  • if there is only one clan present ready for battle (not two or more), it will automatically without battle will become new outpost owner;
  • if Outposts owner is the only clan that is ready for battle, it will remain it's outpost ownership;
  • if there are no clans ready to fight for Outpost, that Outpost will become neutral

(!) The higher rank of the clan in Hall of Fame, the more chances that clan has to be picked as Outpost attacker.
Players of participant clans are picked using following rules: picked no more than 5 clan players ready for battle (present on Outpost location and not overloaded). Their total level is as close as possible and not greater than Outpost maximum allowed level. For example: Outpost has 30-60 level range and two clans picked for battle: A and B. Clan A has players of level 10, 15, 30, 42 ready. Clan B has 10 and 30 ready. In that case battle start in the following format: Clan A: 15+42 (57) versus Clan B: 10+30 (40).

Special cases
Clan is unable to register for Outpost Battle if current Outpost owner is clan's Ally.
Clan can fight Outpost Battle as attacker only once per 25 hours, but he can fight as defender as much as he can.
Outpost Battles cannot be aborted using first minute quit or using abort voting.

Date and time is shown in your local time.

I've no idea what you mean sorry ? in windows ?
maybe make a game clock , its really needed now.
another idea is to mark the start time of each game.

another idea is to mark the start time of each game.

It means every starting time is shown in local time/date of your pc. If you have right date and time for example at windows the starting time of tourneys and outpost-battles is shown with the local time of your personal country.
If you stay at an outpost you got a messages at outpostchat about remain time till next battle. 15min before a battle starts you will see a shining star at the map.

If you still play another match a starttime doesn't matter because you can't play 2 games at same time 😉
If you chat you always see your localtime too. If you want play at an outpost but you still play you got a message at start of registration too.
I believe different times like your own localtime and also a clock with time of gunrox-server brings up more mistakes about starts.

ADDING TO CLAN
At the old Clan War.... it was impossible to add a new player before battle.
Today Lover leaves Pink Ponies, 5 minutes before battle, just so he can help AkinAK (who has no HOBO clan online) to win an outpost.
I am sure this is allowed, but penalty should be higher for such low tactics.

Propose your penalties.

- Cant play an outpost battle for 1 week
- Instead of getting exp For the game he gets it deducted
- Silence (If they win 10000 minutes , if the lose 5000)
im just throwing ideas

I have i question about the actually rules.
At moment a alliance between 2 clan just have disadvantages.
- you can't attack players of you alliance
- you can't attack outpost of allied clans
the only advantage: players of allied clans don't allowed to attack you.
I thought there are more advantages like defending outposts of your clan and also your alliance. Maybe your clan get also a smaller bonus for a outpost of your allied clans. Or things like that.
I believe without more advantages an alliance is without sense. Also neutral status is useless so war is only usefull option and together the whole diplomancy-system is without effect.

I still thinking about more effects of diplomacy.
What you think about such additional rules:
now - an outpost is not attackable of allies (so this outpost always meaningless for all allied clans)
maybe in future - if you stay at an outpost of an allied clan at battle time you could be a participant of defending team (depends on maximum border and players of staying members of defending clan) but you just can attack an opponent outpost with your own clan not with allied friends.
- owner of outpost get the outpostbonus, allied clans of the owner get a smaller outpost-bonus
for example owner of beach-outpost get +5 hp, allied clans of owner get +2hp, owner of clover-oupost get +2regeneration, allied clans get +1regeneration and so on
If all outpost owned by your own clan or allied clans you get an additional bonus same like a single outpost because owning full area.
- for example your clan owns all memo-ouposts you got 3*5% damage resistence + 1*5% damage resistence (together 20%)
- other example your clan own outpost 1 = +5%, allied clans owns outpost 2&3 = +2*2% and this also means you owns complete area +5% together (5+2+2+5=14%)

At moment it seems you could be 100% sure wich players play an outpostmatch. The rule said as more fame-points you have as bigger is your chance to play but i never see a clan whit lower fameranking playing. Just good-fame-clans who not stay at this area or clans with overloaded players at starting time) I think here should be some more chances for clans with less famepoints. Sure lower chances but existing chances.
This just my ideas not offical rules, what you think about it?

very nice ideas knut!
well , the idea of allies getting lower bonus and can defend outposts will
improve this war significantly. I also want to add that if this will happen
then there must be a need to limit number of possible allies for a clan - 3 for
example is a good number - This will increase the war status even more since
there will be confederation of strong clans (but small ones since 4 is the
max number of allies possible) that will fight each other.

about the fame point... well knut i think the way it is works fine. you want
more attack options ? just play fame!

more attack options ? just play fame!

What i means is: if you see 4 clans attacking you always know which clan will fight at end. For example clan of fameranking 3, 5, 15, 18. The only chance for fameclan 5 to start is the hope for overloaded or non waiting members of fameclan rank 3.
Another option could be more random famecheck.
For example the game count numbers of leagues at hall of fame (at moment 81 clans/5 = 17) Every league got 100 more point for outpostfights. Means Fame-rank 1-5 = 170 points, 6-10 = 160 points, ... Rank 75-80 = 20 points, Rank 81 = 10 points

Following Clans attack an outpost.
Clan A Fame 4 (170 points)
Clan B Fame 8 (160 points)
Clan C Fame 81 (10 points)
Sum of points = 340 (170+160+10)
Chance to start Clan A = 50% (170*100/340)
Chance to start Clan B = 47% (160*100/340)
Chance to start Clan C = 3% (10*100/340)
So every clan had a chance to play.
Or better idea you also raise the chance because level of present players maybe 10points per level.
Following Clans attack an outpost.
Clan A Fame 4 present is just a level 15 (170 points + 150)
Clan B Fame 8 present at outpost with level 15,16,30 (160 points + 150+160+300)
Clan C Fame 81 present with level 20+23+24+15+12+10 (10 points + 1040)
Sum of points = 2140 (320+770+1050)
Chance to start Clan A = 15% (320*100/2140)
Chance to start Clan B = 36% (770*100/2140)
Chance to start Clan C = 49% (1050*100/2140)
In this case there is a better chance for really interessted clans and a lower chance for matches of level 30 vs level 50+30.
BTW. An outpost attack could also count as famebattle. Maybe with more famepoints.

There is a random possibility of clan being picked, it's just small. It's like 90% fame, 10% random, or even less.
As for diplomacy, it was planned that allied clans can take part into attacks and defences, but astor decided not to put it right away. Major chances are it will still be added later.
Also I am thinking about having war improving chances in outpost battle. For example, the more clan attacks other people, the closer to the center it will start in the outpost battle, thus having bigger advantage.

I think what would be really interesting and fun is to make it multiple teams.
Such as in Junkyard its big enough, if there are 3 or more ready clans, when battle starts (instead of 2 clans) make it three. ☺ This is cool detail with when 2 allied clans are playing.
Same in fame games. Multiple clans going add it in a big bash fame fight. Since its 1 clan vs another vs another, the clan who wins can recieve a huge amount of fame points.

In this case only 10-25 clans will be able to play the rest 80 will never even have the chance.
And i agree that outpost attack should count as a fame because it really shows who has a stronger clan.

FFA is lame. It's good to play FFA when you are bored, but it's a suicide to make something serious like outpost control dependent or bizarre game types like FFA.

At moment the chance is even less. Nearly always the best fame-clan will start the outpost match. You said just 10-25 clans able to attack so i post another example.
Formula = (Points of Fameleague * 100 / Base)
Clan A Fame 4 (170 points) Chance = 18% (170*100/920)
Clan B Fame 8 (160 points) Chance = 17% ( 160*100/920)
Clan c Fame 10 (160 points) Chance = 17% (160 *100/920)
Clan D Fame 13 (150 points) Chance = 16% (150*100/920)
Clan E Fame 21 (130 points) Chance = 14% (130*100/920)
Clan F Fame 40 (100 points) Chance = 11% (100*100/920)
Clan G Fame 66 (40 points) Chance = 4% (40 *100/920)
Clan H Fame 81 (10 points) Chance = 1% (10 *100/920)
Base 920 = additional points (160+160+150+130+100+40+10)
So you see a clan of Famerank 40 got also a chance for attack, even a less but an existing.
But i also prefer a combinated chance based on fame and present clan-players. Maybe not because of level (like my frist example) but you also could compare just the number of clanplayers. So 3 member of a lower-level-clans raise the chance same way as 3 members of a higher level clan.
Formula = (present Players * Points of Fameleague * 100 / Base)
Clan A with 2 present player Fame 4 Chance = 31% ( 2*170*100/ 1090 )
Clan B with 5 present player Fame 24 Chance = 60% ( 5*130*100/ 1090 )
Clan C with all 10 players Fame 81 Chance = 9% ( 10*10*100/ 1090 )
Base 1090 = additional points (2*170+5*130+10*10)
In this case you see the chance is best with maximum famerank and also a high number of present members. Clan B get the best chance because medium Fame but many present players, Clan C got lowest chance sure they stay with all members but have very low fameranking. Clan a with best famerank but just a few interessted players for attack get a medium chance to play.
There are problems because of high number of possible matches so my Ideas because of additional famepoint for an outpostmatch.
Lose an Attack = 100 Famepoints
Win an Attack = 1000 Famepoints
Lose a defending match = 300 Famepoints
Win a defending match = 1000 Famepoints
If the owner not defend his outpost he got no famepoints
Same number of Famepoints at victory because it should be usefull to hold an outpost not lose and re-attack for erning more famepoints and also not to much fame for victorys of an owner.
