Update 13-Apr-2011 - Balance and security changes
- SINCE THIS UPDATE YOU CANNOT ENTER THE GAME USING LOGIN NAME, ENTER EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD INSTEAD. If you enter login name and password, you cannot play the game, but you will see your email address (this can be done only once, if you enter the game with login and haven't memorized or wrote down your email address, your account is lost unless you have security code).
- Rocket launcher damage increased - Minigun, Vulcan, and Avenger close damage increased - Hatchet, Butcher's Cleaver, and Katana critical chance increased - From now on when clan leader quits from attack, he is kicked from clan too (clan owner can set new leader). - Body part cannot be used to attack tournament participant if his tournament battle is scheduled within next 60 minutes. Update 04-Apr-2011 - Accounts merging
We've added ability to merge several accounts into one, if you have secret security codes to both of them. To do so, click "Change password" or "Change email" in startup loader window and then select last option in the opened menu. Security code is the code that was emailed to you when you confirmed your e-mail address for the first time. If you haven't saved that code, you cannot join accounts, sorry.
Also from now on you have to enter the game using e-mail and password. Entering with login/password is still supported until 15th of April, however is considered deprecated and the game is not guaranteed to work properly (might be buggy). Login/password is still there mainly so you can enter and change your email if you forgot it. Other changes: - ability to change player without closing the game (when you select "quit", it quits to the player selection screen). - fixed: when account was locked, charge button didn't work. - other minor changes and fixes.

Update 16-Mar-2011 - Security update
As of 16-Mar-2011 we are using new login system to access GUNROX.
In order to enter the game instead of your nickname and password you are now required to enter your email address and GUNROX password (not password to your email!!!). For now you can still enter using your nickname instead of email, but that option is available for a limited time for people that do not remember their email so you can enter with nickname to change your lost or forgotten email address to a new one. (When you enter account with nickname instead of email address there is a warning that reminds your email address associated with your account). In the next updates we will add ability to join several accounts on the same email address and password if you know security keys to both accounts. This way it will be easier to create and manage accounts as you will not be required to create many new email addresses.

Update 21-Feb-2011 - Fast reconnect and new outfit
New fast reconnect feature added. Now when you are disconnected all you need is to enter password again and you will be thrown back to the game (no more going back to loader, loading the game up again) - should help older and slower PCs.
Also now you can put body parts on sale to Market (Body parts will be personal after next update). New outfit added: red shirt, chess figure shirt, UK shirt (male), polka red-dot dress (female), star warrior helmet, elite cowboy hat (both).

Update 09-Feb-2011 - Explosive update
- Rocket weapons damage increased
- New perks added: explosive damage resistance x4, available on levels 10, 20, 30, 40. Reduces damage done but splashes from offensive weapons (Rockets, Grenades, 40mm charges), has no effect on mines, direct hit shots, critical shots. - Added paid option to increase clan size: +3 extra slots cost 20k/30k/40k each. (There is a button on clan tab, any clan member can buy) - Permanency clan medals now have new condition: clan must receive at least 1 award each week and recruit no new members. - Game can be aborted only within first 60 minutes. - Mac version bug fixes where game crashed on market and tournament screens. Update 21-Jan-2011 - Clan awards and clan perks added [beta]
Beta version of clan awards and clan perks added today. There might be bugs, however it is now time to fight for awards to earn Clan Perks and other bonuses. Top 10 places of each list: activity, aggression, Hall of Fame will bring you prizes by the end of the weak. Winning tournaments and capturing Outposts will bring medals for your clan too. Oh and clan that spends a lot of Enkord Cash will also be awarded by the end of each week.

Update 10-Jan-2011 - Clan agression top list & Clan awards coming
Clan awards (medals, stripes, statuettes, goblets) and totally new clan perks are coming really soon. Meanwhile we have added the aggression top list for clans which shows who is the best at clan wars. Aggression top list is determined weekly, just like the top activity lists. Later, scoring high in this top list clans will also receive appropriate medals and perks.
Scoring aggression points is easy and is basically only two rules: - When one player attacked another and battle were completed, each player's experience is converted into aggression points. - When battle was canceled attacking clan gets +100, victim clan gets -50 (loses 50) Other changes: - Private message tabs are now moved to the right side for better grouping Read More...

Update 09-Dec-2010 - Outpost updates
- Now allied players can help attack and defend outposts. If player is willing to do so he can register for the battle as assistant, however after victory outpost will belong to the main attacked/defender. (Badly equipped players are skipped during pickup)

Update 03-Dec-2010 - Outposts Beta
Outposts added to the game (currently in Beta stage so it might contain bugs).
Outpost Battle Outpost Battle is a special type of clan battle which is possible only at outpost locations. Such battle occurs once per day per outpost location at specific time. Clan who won Outpost Battle becomes Outpost owner and receives Outpost bonus while he retains Outpost ownership. 15 minutes before the battle clan registration starts. If clan wants to fight for Outpost, clan leader or war adivsor of that clan must doit within 15 minutes before the battle. Update 22-10-2010 - Halloween update
Halloween is coming and we've prepared a good Halloween update for you, fellow Gunroxers. New Halloween outfits have been added to the Cash Shop so you can pick out from 4 Jack-o'-lanterns to scare your friends.
The Game lobby has been improved, now it allows you to set a level range for the game. New auto-start feature was also added. When there are 4+ players in lobby, you can enable the auto-balance feature which allows to form teams automatically when everyone press ready. Teams will be formed with the minimum level difference, otherwise game wont start and an appropriate error message will be shown. Maximum team level difference is equal to half of the number of players in the game. Thus if there are 10 players in the game, maximum level difference will be 5. Other changes: - when game starts, game list shows actual level range of players inside the game - attack pop-up now shows timer and has an auto-select option ("Yes" for free evades and "No" for paid evades).
