Random killer

Is it allowed to kill yourself in random and then quit ?
because i was in random and one noob kill himself ... normally i would say anything but i had double !

If he kills himself by entering in the Red-zone then it is rule-breaking

But if suicide by nades,mines etc.... Is not a crime

he went next to the house put mine shot 2x 40 mm and quit
