Your money was not taken from your account, it's only visual reduction, that's why the VIP did not increase. Maybe some internet problem. Try to reboot your router and mayber restart the game.

Actually all the money I spent was deducted from the account. I am playing megas using the doubles that I purchased, and even the storage increased, This issue has been like this for a week now… i will be so grateful if you help me

Where did you get the money then? The VIP points are awarded only for spending money you have charged, not ones received from someone else in the game.
