Moderators please help
Hi moderators.
I would like to inform that the account KARPATIA have been stolen.
you see, Karpatia its my friend and yesterday we where having fun playing some megas, i cash him 3k via sms coin, so he can come full to mega.
But today he post me on his low lv account that he can no longer access his account KARPATIA. so i go online and i realized that karpatia not only its online, but also now its part of Holland Heineken House clan.
I ask my friend Karpatia about his secret code, and he simply never save it.
Something really similar happened to my friend STINGER, and i REALLY think this is a situation that REALLY needs to be fixed.
You see, its very easy on this game to change the e-mail and the password of someone else account. all you need its to know the e-mail of the account you want to steal and the date of birth of owner. this is easy for someone with facebook or Skype. then all they need to do its change the e-mail and the password.
Personally, i know that same as STINGER, KARPATIA its gonna get banned. Wich i find very stupid, because the owners of this accounts have not done anything wrong, but their accounts will be banned anyway.
Seems to me that in gunrox its easier to steal high lv account, than to acctually make one.
Seems to me that in gunrox its easier to make fake fame points, than acctually competing for points.
Also seems to me that the ADMINISTRATOR of this game its not doing ANYTHING to fix thesse situations... all he claims its that he is busy ....
So my point its. first of all Return STINGER and KARPATIA to their respective owners, because they did nothing wrong, so there its not justice if you just ban their accounts.
Second, change the current way of changing the log in, because stealing accounts its getting simply way to easy for some guys.

Stealed account
Hi Moderators.
My account Karpatia was stolen,and i don't know why i have to lose,
when i not did anything wrong.😕
My Friend charged me cash, and me had nice arts.
I really want get back, because thats my only high account.
Please, help me and Help Stinger also, to get back our accounts!
I think its very immpossible here is no JUSTICE😡

I did try to re change e-mail but The stoled did change more than 1 time so its impossible. And yes, i am Karpatia here Because i have reqested new pass here.
She/he was cannot broke up my e-mail.Its why i can speak here Like Karpatia.

IDK why BERSERKER bans the accounts honestly wouldnt it be easier to check the ip then ban the account, you ban the account you really think a high level that gets there account banned is going to come back to GUNROX!?..
There are so many in balances of ineffectivness in this game which makes the community WEAK!

This is what ower moderator do in game... very dissapointed.
Why ban Karpatia and Stinger when they are victims of azzhoes.
Only reason maybe because the biggest azzholes of game its not players but administrator and moderators.
Theese kids can not pay the unban and also can not find their respective acconts secret code simply because they do no longer posses it.
These situation its simply STUPID. There are not many players to play this game and now you ban 2 lv 30 players, for nothing they did.

If gunrox community was a civilisation, the law system it has would not work, it simply would not provide justice to any case it faces, they take the easy way of just banning the account, with a $100 fee to unlock it with a chance of it getting stolen again because of the poor security system this game has, berserker this is a big issue alot of players are experiencing it is simply shrinking the community, for what? nothing.

With my account Karpatia, i have losted two years play in this game, and a lot of cash, what i used for resets, and for items.
This is a very expensive game, but i still did play.
And now, me, and my friends did spend for nothing???
Is it possible?
