Yes Self treatment is total sucks perk 20 hp is nothing at high level...Maybe convert it into 20+weight or 2+slots.
I read that everyone said that minigun does good damage but yesterday i shot minigun at a unit 7 cells away and damage 51 he was not even shelter(No extra damage resistance)...

It does not totally sucks.
U will need doc perks anyway. and if u want more it will cost u 6 perks for 20 hp and 2 regen, if u do this on the normal way u place perks on regen and 4 perks on HP whitch makes +28 HP.... BUT! do realise when its only 8 hp different but ur doc skills increased allot! u will heal allot better now.
So the choise is: +8 HP or +10 skills healing, this is balanced.

Ive made that observation too. Machine guns are totally unreliable until minigun is available at lv 32. Why? Look at the minimum damage ratings. Im not online now so I dont knoe xcactly. Anyway, the transition from s.a.w. To minigun is a huge jump. Really, due to this, I think it would make more sense if machine guns did not become 10 AP until minigun simply because of the big minimum damage increase there. Simple logic... Apply stricter limitations when the increase in damage increases to a significantly higher degrwe. This is not the case when moving from mg4 to s.a.w. But it is true from saw to minigun. Anyway my suggestion only encompasses that small tangent. Not very important. A bigger suggestion would be to just add movement or action perks to the pistol line. The range increase perk is fine. The other one is a mess, however. An ap perk for less weight seems fine or make it as is the first shotgun perk which has no reductive properties.

I think thats the way they balanced RPK tree. RPK guns on lower level should be more random to prevent overpowering them against other lower level guns, but always have a good chance to do big damge (sometimes into several units - rememer that!). On levels 30+ there is good choice of high damge guns, more comparable to RPK tree, so Minigun is first "real deal" weapon from that tree, good with doom, devastating in multiples. In my opinion, if You don't like random dmg guns just don't use them on lower levels...

No then all will start make full doom+godly vinto builds😝
And at my level they create 15 ap and start shoting 3x vintos with 1 unit xD

The penalty should be less accuracy.

Cause Melee and Shotguns have a nice balance.
Combat shotgun/Hammer are almost the same but...
Hammer > Jackhammer > Spanner > Neo > Spanner... etc.
It all depents what kind build u have...
like: Sub machine gun is 9 Range but effetive on close combat aswell. Shotgun would be almost useless so they use melee for the max power or stun.

I think not, cause a sniper had allready bad accuracy.
Cause when u just have SVD u have like 55% chance to hit? (I'm @ work now so i can't see) so thats a hit every 2 turn.... when less accurate later on high sniper it wont be balanced i geuss.

Explosion is right - Sniper guns have decent accuracy ATM. The thing is, that IMO sniper units (especialy doom units emphasis primarily on high critical damage) should use lower level snipers than they could use for maxiumum effect. Its always a gamble to use barret at 80 skill only, it scratches too much. Using lower lvl gun - Vintorez in this case - is much better option - I better like to shot 4 good shots than 2 risky ones. But thats not an issue here, moving on.
Still, I think accuracy issues could be used as a drawback for some perk replacing current bad sniper perks. Sacrifacing some accuracy for additional DMG, CRT chance/power or even AP (but to be honest, im not a fan of more AP idea). Or reversing that- give snipers more accuarcy in cost of above things.

Notice that dooms are weak aswell, on lvl 30 for sure, they could have:
- No stun resist.
- No Blind resist.
- No Shelter
- Low HP
- Low AP
And when they do add this stuff to his doom unit they will have:
- Low Crit chance
- Low Critical hits
So there is nothing wrong about the overpowered doom... let a doom shoot 2x and the enemy allready know where ur doom is... and its gone...

But I want a perk that will rise accuracy, not lower it ☺ Sorry for my english,if You don't understad me but i'm not a native speaker. I just think accuracy of sniper units is a right direction to change sniper perks.

So u mean to make a perk for snipers:
Increase: Crit Power or Crit Chance
Decrease: Accuracy
Is this what u mean?

To bad You're right Vegeta - there is no chance to do more "big" changes right now, developer had done balancing guns already (as Berserker mentioned many times before), changing Perks would take lots of time (testing mostly) and with current game state (abandoned for another game :P ) we can just disscuss, having in mind that nothing will be changed anyway...

I agree here - decrasing AP for snipers could be overpowered in right build.
