some people can spend money on this game some can not
but if things would be cheaper i think more people would be willing to pay money for it and gunrox would grow, also new players would be more attracted to stay longer and keep this game growing
Also the service off payments should improve
not everybody has a credit card or can send SMS
i live in china and the only option i have is bankwire
i use bankwire and it takes to long
any other payment i make is normall 1 week
payment to gunrox now waiting already more then a month, paid on 28 october
sending multiple message to the support off enkord and always same news, money not arrived
checking with my bank and the answer there is that my money went to USA
and regnow answer is that the money didnt arrive
i think about the cash side off the game there need some improvements
first cheaper, second better service
on the game itself i dont have any complaints
is a fun game and i like to stay playing it and help it grow

Gotta agree with Smellic. I get most of the items in ICE valley, but this is unadulterated enough to play a mega good and just buying some items in the cash shop.
Even with ice, the players level 30 + can not play a good game without get cash.
Those players who do not play FULL equipped, are often discriminated against in Megas.
Now I know this is a matter of course, if prices were reduced players could play more times in one day, thus the consumption of items would increase, or the game would be a better dynamic.
Play in media MEGA 1 per day, and when I have cash I play 1x1.
1x1 games in high level and very risky, high leveis bagan many items for a good game, Play 1x1 and risk a lot to little expm I think this is one reason why players who play high level almost only Megas.
If one day the managers stop to analyze The statistics I think you'll find that most players stop playing between level 22 - 27, which is the Levels where they need to realize who resets or items that are found in nis maps accessible ...
I'm not measured or something, but I realize that non-paying players are leaving the game.

Why the affiliate program users BEG for it?
IMO lower the prices will help them too: u can get 5000 Ecash for each player u call to this game, with these 5000 u can buy some itens on cash shop, lowering the prices u will buy much more itens with the same 5000.

well i just know that if i spend all the money that i would like to spend in gunrox i would loose until my underpanties...😁
if the price of itens, appearance and features decrease, it would help me a lot and with out doubt i would spend more with gunrox.....
all know that gunrox is a free game, but how it is going, its impossible to be a good player with out cash... so...or you have cash or you just loose...
if we conpair gunrox with other games paid, gunrox is a little expensive for some kind of buys(like features).
well, i just know that if the priece decrease, i would shop more, and with out doubt, it would have more cashers.

i chose mega coz almost no one plays 1x1 full gear coz the gears are so expensive..me as lvl 45 spend 1650 enk per game with no docs its like 1.5 dollar per game on my build...finding mega is realy hard now for players with this game with small community....i realy like 1x1 but its kinda expensive plus no one will play me like that aside for lil nina meyer....i remember the best update you gave us that we can abort 1x1 game well no xp but no waste of gears too we do practice game alot thru this... we hope amount of the gears and weapons can be lessen now since we cant farm those starter weapons
[well i admit i was]....naked armed are the best way to earn xp so how can you stop this even farming on ice are very obious now...lower cost cashop items and highier special feature is my advise to solve this...clone accounts and storage accounts for me is diffrent thing, hope it wnt be deleted so drasticly...
its just my opinion😉

There are plently on new payment methods added via SuperRewards. Next time try SuperRewards -> PayByCash.

what about people who does not have a credit card???and plays at internet cafe's...im a student with no bank acounts and plays and internet cafe's ...im lvl 14 now and hardly even have cash... its hard 2 play without cash...thats for sure...i hope SMS billings can get through here in the philippines ^^...

A good friend stopped playing this game recently, ___NR___ (level 27), it is a good person, has 35 years, he has no time to play mega because he works hard. When it asks what the reason he stopped playing he replied:
"This game requires a lot more money than others and can not adversaries to play a fair game 1x1."
Few Take nothing tops playing 1x1, due to the cost of equipment. I think this is the point to be changed in this game.
In this game I think I spent around R$: 300,00. What keeps me in it are the friends I have left, do not know how long I will continue, but I know that one day I will stop. Great friends are gone and sometimes I wonder where's that game where everyone played with AKSUs, TPMS, SVDs and we were happy, without quarrels. 😉

Yesterday i had a bad conflict with chicken and bers and they want to ban me because i said my meaning. Now all is deleted without an answer of my last posting. Here is another example for the true feelings of a big part of the community. Because of their reaction i said i will not post for a longer time what i do now after this post.
But now i believe we all just should think different like chicken do.
This man is right because he tell us a thing we all want. Means lower prices at cash-shop!
Just use affiliate programm. For yourself and friends too. (Bad thing its to late now) But so you become 40% back and if you spend around 50$ every month this means your costs every month is just around 30$. Also means you all just pay 60% of the cash-shop-prices.
I think around 10$-30$ per month to play is a price the most agree with it.
But i want such prices without strange ways like the most here.

The low prices will make more players pay for this game, more players paying, more money u will get.
And if u only use the affiliate program only with ur family and friends, u will stay paying only 60%, as knut said.

the Superawards costs about the same ... just other payment method so this

paying customer , You dont HAVE to do anything since its your game and

But after paying so much (and yes no matter how you look at it 350$ is
a lot!!! ) I am a very dissapointed customer.
I am buying today Call of Duty - Modern warfare for 60$ .. and guess
what ? online play is free!!! totaly free , play as much as u want free.
and yes , I am willing to pay for playing ... but these prices determined that
my playing days/weeks are numbered.
a lot of stuff are overpriced in this game... reskilling is sometimes like
buying a new computer game. who wants to go lvl 40 if each game
costs 1.5-2$ like those high lvls post here.
you can say whatever you want , the sad truth is that I just
cant afford playing gunrox - by far the best online game I have ever played.
you dont get it! I dont want to fight with you... I want to stay in the game.

Yep costs me about 1.5-2k enk a game, seems pretty high cost when compared to all other micro transaction games. Plus the people who do pay have had some serious problems with reg now at least 5 players now claim to have been ripped off and my trust in the payment systems have been badly eroded , 2 of these have been over $100 and Enk dont seem to be that bothered about sorting it. Ok when the moneys coming in, quick enough to react when it doesnt but u dont chase up the third party companys (reg no etc) when the fault is with them. I think ur customer services need a good ovrhaul and ur prices need a big rethink.

Do those people ever tried to contact support service either RegNow at orders@regnow.com or Enkord at support@enkord.com ?
Problems can happen from time to time, noone is insured against that, but contacting support service (preferrably RegNow since they handle payments and only them can give you update on your payment status) is a first place to solving that.

Problems can happen from time to time, noone is insured against that, but contacting support service (preferrably RegNow since they handle payments and only them can give you update on your payment status) is a first place to solving that.
Sorry I cant without posting. My last wish to buy 150K ecash with regnow was at 10. October. After a week I got no e-mails or letter with a bill so i do another order. A day later I got a e-mail about problems with my order and i should start a new order. So i did a 3th order. A day later i become a reminder-email to pay my first order to an us-bank-account. I dont want do this because this cost me 30$ more. I know this additional fee because i had the same problem at my complete first order at april 09. At my 2nd order i got a letter (4-5days later) with the bill and german bank-information without aditional cost for me. This is the only way i want.
Now start a very long discussion with support service of reg-now- over 10-15 e-mails. Main-problem answers without sense just simple standart-formulation. Over 3 week after my first order (end of october) I got my wanted letter with the bill and german-bank informations but i dont know if i should pay it because we cancel some open orders. I pay this bill and after 1 month (2-3 weeks without playing because no chance to buy your stuff) and 15 e-mails with support i got my ecash. But till now i got reminders for canceled orders too.
At end i do 3 sucessfull orders of 150 ecash with regnow. 66% of this was with problems like additional cost for me or long-time waiting and peeving e-mail-support.

Hmm after my first two orders bankwire transfer they pick up my orders very fast for bankwire. Order bankwire then within 3 a 4 days I got the bill and after doing the transfer I got my enkord cash within 2 or 3 working days its charged. My experience is not bad with Regnow.
But the topic is not about ways to pay☺ but about the ammount, opinion of players about the value we get for us money.
Dont get me wrong, I think almost all players give you praise for the game. No doubt about that gunrox is a good game it really is, but we talk about how much we want to spend on the game and why people (not all offcourse)think its to expensive.
Are there upcoming changes in cashshop? or maybe we can put new ideas into reality. But overall Gunrox is a good game and we all wish there will be more unique players in the future to make the game even a bigger succes.
I and we all know its easy to give negative feedback, so for now I say hands together for the good game and maybe we can discuss the issue about the cashshop in the near future.

Yep I'm pretty close to quittin cashin as well, and just play this game naked for fun sometimes. I refuse to spend more then 20 $ on this game a month if that now. Probably just 10. Any other games u pay max 20 $ a month to get full privledges and full gamin exp. Here at my level you must pay about 40 $ a month if you wish to enjoy every game possible to play, and be full armed. And play 1x1 alot armed and so forth. 40 $ is just not worth it in my mind, when like others have said you pay 60 $ for modern warfare 2.......and get unlimited play no pay......
Or spend 20 $ on a pc game like Neverwinter nights and get free online unlimited lol.
Droppin the price of items in the shop should be done. By at least 5 or 10 cash each item when it comes to guns n ammo. When it comes to single reperks or skills it should cost max of 500 each not this 850 yr charging us which is indeed highway robbery. How does it cost 20 $ of yr time to let us do a full reperk? Why not just 10 $ because thier then would be much more of them gettin purchased. I just keep lookin at gunrox and sayin to myself, is it really worth spending more then 20 $ a month on this game. And I keep gettin the same answer.....no it isn't🙄
