1. i make that acc with a similar of my first acc that is this sebaxxxx (the second one juanxxxx)
2.My friends can said that is my acc too. all my friend kwon that juanxxxx is my acc
3.i remenber that beseker bann one day the player thiago_es because he steal my acc juanxxxx one day ( find he in the game with /whois thiago_es )

You don't need berserker to recover your account. Account recovery is automated. You either have access to email attachet to account so you can reset password and have it e-mailed, or you have secret code. Other than that there are no other options to recover account so don't bother moderators with such requests.

Look here guys, theres a little trick to never losing your account.
When you make an account(s) you need to document all of the information into a notepad document (document username, recovery code, password, etc), or simply never delete your Gunrox email in your email account (have recovery questions for your email). IF YOU DO THIS, YOU WILL NOT LOSE THIS ACCOUNT, I GUARENTEE!
If you choose to not do this, and some how "LOSE" your account (apparently stolen accounts - you give them your password) then there is no bother to post on this forum.

You don't need berserker to recover your account. Account recovery is automated. We have only one way that can 100% proove as you are true account owner. That was is secret code. Otherwise you might pretend you are someone else and "recover" account you dont actually own.
