SMSCoin is third party service so we do not control how they collect money for us, they just send us notification about payment being made. I suggest you using troubleshoot form at the bottom of their page. Also sometimes in may take up to 48 hours until they process some payments, despite the fact that it is usually instant.

I doubt that. That company is Russian and is mainly oriented towards xUSSR countries and a bit of Europe. For USA there is RegNow which accepts CreditCards and PayPal. Of course it could be great to add some convenient payment method for Brasil, but I don't know any.
I know there is www.pagseguro.com.br which is good, however there is no English version of their site and I don't know if they work with companies outside Brasil.
