Recently, I encountered an unfortunate situation during a random match where my internet connection dropped unexpectedly. This disruption allowed my opponent to defeat me quickly, leaving me with no chance to inflict any damage. As a result, I received a 30-minute ban from random matches, which I found quite frustrating. To address this issue, I would like to propose a new feature that grants players who experience such disconnections or beeing away the opportunity to free themselves from these penalties would be a paid unlock button which free you out from the penalties.
