Hello Berserker,
My name is Gabriel and I’ve been a GUNROX player since around 2010. Around 2016/2017, I created an account that became my main one, and I still use it today under the name Perfeeitinha.
I received a permanent mute punishment about three or four years ago, and I don’t know the reason. I wasn’t very active at the time and only found out about the punishment when I returned to the game. I’d like to start playing again, but it’s really difficult for me to play while muted—especially because nowadays I only enjoy playing mega matches (5v5). With this punishment, I can’t communicate with my teammates through chat, only through flags, which are limited per match, so I can’t use them all at once. I’ve been playing and communicating this way for years, but I’d really like to have the chance to speak and use the chat again.
With that said, I’m reaching out to ask if there’s any possibility of being given another chance to play and use the chat.
