Hi Berserker and community, It has been exactly a year since the 2v2 mode was introduced to Gunrox. While it was a fantastic addition, there is still a major missing piece: we still don't have the option to play 2v2 against Level 40-50 bots. Right now, the lack of high-level bots makes gameplay in this mode virtually impossible or pointless for veteran players. Here are the main advantages of finally implementing Lv 40-50 bots in 2v2: - Testing High-Level Synergies: The 2v2 dynamic requires entirely different strategies than 1v1. Challenging bots would allow us to test endgame duo builds, weapon combos, and tactics before facing real players.
- Active Player Retention: When PvP matchmaking is slow or clanmates aren't online, having a reliable PvE challenge at the endgame level keeps high-level players active and engaged in the game.
- Proper Warm-up: It would provide a solid practice environment to warm up mechanics against max-level stats and AI.
So, the main question for Berserker is: Are you actually planning to bring this update to the game someday, or is it not on the roadmap at all? We just want a definitive answer so we know what to expect. Thanks!
