i'll tell you why, because they're too poor to buy better ones☺kk lol just kidding.
To me, probably, they take red meds because the weight less, and when mirro, have 16 ap, use mashine guns and organized perks which take -20 of weight better meds are far too heavy
look the last armor weights 50, max i think you can have sth of 180 - 40 equals 140 - 50 (armor) its 90. it is not too much. but i dont know for sure if it is the real reason im just guessing, have to ask mirro about that.😉

really man grenades is one of the best. they never scratch but they can miss if u dont throw at right place and moment
