hello,
been experiencing this bug for a while now i'm amazed nobody talked about it yet..
so whenever i select concentration perk it doesn't trigger when i use it, as it's shown here:

and it keeps happening all the time the perk basically doesn't work, at all.
Edit: a friend of mine told me that the same thing goes with Retaliation but it’s inconsistent, sometimes it bugs out and sometimes it actually works, but with Concentration it never works.

Maybe selected ability somehow turned off?
Are you sure you got -1 concentration after the battle?

exactly this is the issue here, the perk doesn’t even trigger when i select it, so i obviously won’t get -1 and that is the problem.
and no this is a random game and abilities are turned on, i also tried to use it multiple times anyways still doesn’t work.
