i always wants to try to secure and cover my acc , but enkord always asks for my number to send SMS CODE , i put my number but iam not reciving any msgs on my mobile ...
i tried to change password after getting it from ENKORD TEAM...
but it asks for phone number while its really not sending any msgs to me...
please if you dont mind change it to my email while ENKORD TEAM not sending any SMS or iam losing my accounts ....
i wish ididnt ask for password reset 😡

This happened to me too, i couldnt log to forums because it used to ask SMS secure code, message never arrives, should ask complete name or other important stuff

When putting a phone number in, I think it has to follow the universal format +1 377 918 1222
Like so, it needs a country code, area code, and individual number.
Example- If you live in the US, it’s +1 and some US territories is +0

i already did put area or country code with the ''+' and without both try ,
but it doesnt work for me and for couple of other people who plays gunrox too

Man we are not 10 years old, this system is bad, i dont wanna say its trash but it is. The message never arrives (once i waited over 1 hour) and its a problem from the developers, not the players. I seriously dont know how the game is gonna improve if we got the lamest security in accounts.
