I would like to know how long this procedure takes for gunrox players.
I sent all my documents and details, as the site asks for, and I'm waiting... so far nothing, I would like to know if anyone has used the option to recover accounts? if yes, does it work?
I'm a normal player, and I would like to get my email back... I want to unban my account (account that I worked a lot) and unban to play again...
when I say ''unban'' I say pay with my money, and not cry to the berserker 😉 thank you

This is not a bug so why are you posting this in bug reports section? 😕
The process takes however long it takes to conduct an investigation, you are not the only ticket they have, have patience and stop creating multiple threads from multiple accounts.
