enable the ability to create a clan
make outfits durations like 14days cost 600E and 100days cost 7kE
give the non-fakers the ability to get good rank so they got something to be proud of when they reach general rank too XD
give bonus to player who are online long time to keep the game busy and alive ofc (gunrox is not dead) XD

Clan creation has been removed for good and will not come back. Maybe for a limited time like on GUNROX birthday, but if won't be cheap (like 3000k E). There are enough existing clans already.
