Q: How can I buy Enkord Cash in Brasil ?
A: You can buy Enkord Cash charging your account with credit card, for now only this kind of payment is availible in Brasil. We hardly wait for launching some mobile and sms payment options processor, but we think that sms payment option will be availible not fast.
There are also players who are authorised Enkord Cash sellers in Brasil (like PERNALONGA) that can help you charge cash with your local currency. People who authorized by Enkord ALWAYS have "Enkord" badge in their info and appropriate text. You can contact support@enkord.com to verify if particular person is authorized reseller.

Q: Make appearance purchases permenant, the 100 days thing seems silly. If I'm spending money on an appearance change, I'll want it to be permanent. what's the point if I have to rebuy it every 100 days?
A: Instead of 360 days as was previously now you will have outfits for 100 days, but the prices was reduced significantly. We think that players will be bored of actual outfits after 100 days because new outfits comes.

Q: Is there any option to pay by mobile or sms?
A: Yes, its fired up service called SMSCoin, click your "Cash Shop" icon ingame, and than click "Charge" you will be redirected to Enkord Cash charge page where you can chose your payment method - there is also a SMS payment option, but not at all countries.

Q: I saw that someone was banned/silenced, why ?
A: He probably break the Laws and Rules of GUNROX.

Q: What is fake fight ?
A: Fake fights are called games which are predefined fights, where appear some acts of spying, or someone offering predefined winning\losing battles.

Q: What is the punishment for fake fight ?
A: Players who act fake fight will be banned from 24 to 72 hours. If such behavior will be constant account will be banned forever.

Q: My account was banned forever what does it mean ?
A: Probably you break the GUNROX laws and rules, and your account was banned forever.

Q: Can i restore forever banned account ?
A: Yes, you can lift up you ban from your account by paying about 100$, but this doesn't guarantee that you wont be banned again if you break rules again.

Q: Can i discuss my ban/silence in public ?
A: No, you can't make discussions of moderation in public (on forums or in game chat). If you have any questions about moderation - write your request to support@enkord.com this is the only valid way to discuss moderation.

Q: How much HP (health points) i get per every level ?
A: Every level your health grow 3HP, every 5th level it grow 2HP more (5hp), every 10th level it grow 5HP more(10hp)

Q: How can i use better weapons/mines/grenades/medkits ?
A: Every weapon (except basic ones - AKSU, TMP, Begginer Pistol etc...) have their own requirements of skill to use. Put as many skill points as you can in specific weapon skill tree and you will get better weapons at start when you have to play naked and can use more powerfull weapons looted from battles or bought from cash shop.

Q: Why i dont see other perks that my friends can use ?
A: Some perks show at specific level of your unit, you will see those perks when you gain enough level.

Q: What is the critical chance rate by default ?
A: Mainly 10%, but some weapons have 15% and some of them even more

Q: What is the critical damage value ?
A: It's +50% default, so default critical hit will score 150% of regular damage. Silencer adds extra 20% bringing it up to 170% of normal damage.

Q: When will i see planted mines ?
A: You should have 10 skills more, than the player, who planted it. There is also a perk that will allow to neglect that 10 skills more requirement.

Q: How can I get more experience ?
A: There is 1 simple rule about experience - how much damage you done (and less damage take), the greatest will be your reward in experience points. You can boost your experience rate by fighting with equipment (150% experience from fight) also you can buy "Double Experience" feature from Cash Shop.
Fighting players of higher level than you are, playing uneven matches (2 vs 3, etc), making more kills affect experience as well.

Q: Can I trust other player who said he will fight naked (no equipment) against me ?
A: No, some players exploit this and will lie about it to get easy win, you can try this only betwen your friends who you can trust. Anyway naked fight dont bring you much expereience.

Q: What is Weapon Accuracy? I've never seen a weapon miss in this game, so I'm guessing it's just a translation error?
A: Each weapon has a probability of scoring either a hit for the normal damage rate and a rate for "missing" and doing much less damage. For example. Almost all weapons have a 95% accuracy rate at close range (right in your face e.g.). So that means 95 in 100 attacks will do normal damage while the other five will do much, much less damage. Raising your unit's skill in each weapon area will increase accuracy for all weapons in that class!

Please note that grenades (and the launchers) have "Dispersion". Grenades don't really have accuracy... but Dispersion is how we do accuracy here. For grenades' "accuracy", Dispersion is the number of cells that the grenade can go off-line in an #-cell radius. Raising the proper skills will eventually lower Dispersion!

Q: I got hit by an enemy but I don't see them, he's hacking... right?
A: Not at all! There are a few things that may have happened. One of the most common reasons for this is that you got spotted by a sniper with his scope OR by someone with binoculars and then got hit with a sniper. Binoculars reveal a 6 cell diameter from the target cell at the cost of 6 AP (doesn't work through walls) and the scope reveals a 2 cell diameter at the cost of 4 AP (also doesn't work through walls). A second thing that may have happened is a little tougher to pull. One of your opponent's units is juuuust outside of your vision range, but can attack because another unit has your unit in HIS vision, so he can attack with help from other unit. Another hint - everything what stops vision, also stops grenades.

Q: My unit is being attacked from the other side of a WALL... wth is going on?!
A: Here's another case of being on the wrong end of an exploit. One involves explosives. Walls of all types currently cannot stop explosions from passing through, but stops everything else. The other case involves the wooden fencing in the Junkyard map. The wood only stops vision and movement, but not bullets!!

Q: My landmine blew up for no reason! Was it a dud?
A: No! Landmines are never duds. There are a few occasions that causes them to go off unexpectedly. All landmines are motion-sensitive. Landmines can also set off other landmines in a spectacular chain-reaction! Also, anything explosive can set them off (grenades, rocket launchers...)!
Another cases of mine detonation:
1. When you stand right on your mine and someone shot/hit you
2. When mine was placed in a door and you close that door.

Q: When using the grenade launcher attachment to the AK74, what skill does it use, if any?
A: It uses Rocket Launcher skill but that skill affects only minimum range and dispersion of rocket launcher attachments and does no impact on damage done.

Q: Stun, how it work ?
A: Stun takes the unit AP (action points). if u Stun unit to 50% stun effect, he will only have 50% of his total AP in the next turn! The stun percentage drops each turn, and MP (movement points, are consumed first).

Q: Will there be an option to remove the weapon built-ins?
A: No, we do not have plans to allow attachments removal.

Q: Can I get from skill only 1 secondary weapon on start ?
A: You can start with 1 primary weapon if have enough skill to have it, if you have same skill of two primary weapons you will get on start one of them randomly), and ANY number of secondary weapons.

Q: Is there any match time limit ?
A: No, instead of time, comes Red Zone which shorter and intense the battles. There is only one game type where is time limitation predefined by moderators, it is Tourney matches.

Q: My team kill last enemy unit, but the game not end, why ?
A: Previously game end immediatly when last enemy unit was killed, due to suggestions and complains players that they cant take equipment from enemy bags developer team consider that last turn end only if player whos turn is it push the "end turn" button or use all AP of all units or his turn time end. So players now have more time to loot bags from equipment.

Q: When i play equipped, i can see "all your units equipped, +150% bonus" so that mean i will get 250% exp? or should be 150% xp (+50% xp bonus)?
A: You will get 250%.

Q: Can I split ammo packs ?
A: The only thing you can do with your ammo packs is combine them and stack the ammo values. There isn't currently a split ammo option yet.

Q: Is there will be Mastery Perks for Machineguns and Rocket Launchers ?
A: Yes, Mastery for Machinegun is already implememnted, and i think Mastery for Rocket Launchers are on the way.

Q: Why guns attritions in naked games are so low ?
A: Because you are not supposed to have full-fledged battle when starting naked. Starting weapons are meant to provide you with temporary combat means until you will find better weapon on the battlefield.

Q: How exactly the game mechanics work on clan rankings, control of location, clan experience? What all affect them and how much ?
A: Clan experience is just like normal experience but aggregated by all clan members.
Clan rank is like experience but gained on specific location and it is different for each location. When you battle on that location clan rank for that location it will grow. If you rank on that location is biggest, you control that location. Clan rank is dropped each day at specific percentage so you have to battle all the time to stay on top. When your clan joins new member, it's rank on all locations will drop at 20%.
Position of the clan in top list is calculated as sum of clan rank on all locations + bonus for controlling locations if any.

Q: How players have 14 AP on unit ?
A: This only one of the examples: If you have Submachine Gun Mastery x5 and Submachine Gun skill x30, you can pick perk called "More Action!", which gives +1 more AP. At Submachine Gun Mastery x10 and Submachine Gun skill x50 you can pick a similar perk called "Even Moar Action" and he also give you +1 more AP, so overaly from this two special perks you get +2AP to your 12AP and overal you will have 14AP.

Q: How can i play an team match and something diffrent then just an deathmatch on 1vs1 ?
A: You will have to reach minimum level 3 to move on other location where is allowed to play team games.

Q: I saw a perk Endurance in melee section MP +3, AP -1 , what does it mean ?
A: The perks have unique properties. If a perk says MP+3, AP-1 (your case), you lose one action point but gain three movement points. That means you generally lose an attack chance, but you can move a little farther now. You can get that AP back though through other perks.

Q: How Kamikaze perk works ?
A: Kamikaze perk give you option to blow up your unit with greande that he is equiped. It is very usefull when you have very low HP and standing close to enemy or group of enemys.

Q: How perk "Disarm" works ?
A: When you hit enemy unit with melee, "Disarm" knocks the primary weapon in enemy hands onto the ground.

Q: Why did I get 2 perks ?
A: Only on lvl 10, 20, 30 ... you will get 2 perks.

Q: How can I send message directly to other player ?
A: You can use "whisper" button on player card or use text command line

Q: How to add friend or how to ignore player ?
A: You can do it from players card, at bottom are buttons "add to friend" or "add to ignore", if you want to add a friend or ignore someone when you are in game, try following options:

ad.1 Type following text command, and use "add to ..." buttons

ad.3 Type following text command to ignore someone

Q: How can I log into GUNROX forum ?
A: You can login there with your ingame login and password.

Q: I want to say something only to my team/allies ? How can i do that ?
A: Hit CTRL + ENTER on your keyboard, text will change to "To allies:" and now you can type your message. It is not ON/OFF option, so you will have to hit CTRL + ENTER everytime you want to say something only to your allies.

Q: How can i report fake fight or other rules breaking ?
A: You can use "Report to moderators" button (... but dont expect moderators taking action in no time as they might be busy, playing their own games or being offline at all) or post your thread with rules breaking proofs (screenshots, recorded fights) on forum in Cheating and Abuse section.

Q: What rank mean and how its calculated ?
A: Rank is a helper stat that is mean to determine skill of particular player as opposed to how much time player spends in game determined by level. In theory the higher player rank is, the better his ability to play GUNROX. Rank depends on various factors like how many games you played, what is your win/loss ratio and how many games you quit. Quitting games will decrease your rank down to widely infamous deserter. Don't let that happen or might find out that many people tend not to play with deserters. You can get rid of your quit counter in Cash Shop though but it will cost you quite some money.

Q: How can I be a moderator ?
A: Moderators are picked by administration and nothing can force them to do that, so please dont bother them too much for it.

Q: What is a RED ZONE and when it appear ?
A: Red Zone is a red area that appears on the edges of the map and grow when game takes too much time. It appears after 30 turns and afterwards increases every 10 turns. When you end your turn in Red Zone you will loose 50% of your HP. If you have 10 HP or less you will die.

Q: Can i watch other players game ?
A: No, because its high probability that players will help their friends in this game by 3rd party software like ICQ, Skype telling enemy team positions. Only Administration and Moderators can watch games.

Q: What are the prerequisites to go to other locations ?
A: Prerequisite is level of your units, you can go there when you reach enough level.

Level prerequisites of locations:
Begginer Quarter: no requirements but its only for players level 1-3
Clover Quarter: level 3 required
Junkyard: level 7 required
Lost Beach: level 5 required
Memorial Boulevard: level 15 required
Ice Valley: level 30 required

Q: How can I post the screen from the game to report something ?
A:
Step 1 - Press PRT SCRN button ( rigth upper corner of your keyboard )
Step 2 - go to MS Paint ( new blank ) and press CTRL + V, you should now get your screenshot in MS Paint, you can go resize, cutting , pasting , ect. save it somewhere
Step 3:
a) You can upload the picture in the file atachment ( under neath the box in which you type a replie ) it will automaticaly be edited under you post, but has a smal max file size

b) Or host it at a free hosting site ( for example imageshack.com )
And then copy paste the link from imagshack.com in here , using the picture image in the typing box ( next to the fonts etc ) called "insert image".

Q: Can I run GUNROX on Linux/Wine?
A: Yes, its possible, but ENKORD does not support GUNROX runned on Linux because its designed to work on Windows OS. If you want to run GUNROX on Linux dont await for help from developers, you should try find help along any other players on forum.

Q: What does it mean "noob" ?
A: Contrary to the belief of many, a noob/n00b and a newbie/newb are not the same thing. Newbs are those who are new to some task and are very beginner at it, possibly a little overconfident about it, but they are willing to learn and fix their errors to move out of that stage. n00bs, on the other hand, know little and have no will to learn any more. They expect people to do the work for them and then expect to get praised about it, and make up a unique species of their own. It is the latter we will study in this guide so that the reader is prepared to encounter them in the wild if needed.

Larger noobs colonies can result in the mutation of some into spammers. Not commercial spammers, but pointless spammers. A noob can become one of these at any point, but the larger the amount of noobs, the more chance pointless spammers will appear.

Since noobs are basically ignorant bastards, they have a lot in common. The most often seen characteristic is their fluency in noobish, which is why it got its own section. They will also be very self confident as if they were the absolute best at what they are in fact the worst at. Also, they are quite agressive and self-centered, and tend to laugh a lot using many L's and O's in rapid sucession (the noobish word for laughing like an ultimate retard).

It is their instinct to assemble in packs for defense, and they often attempt to organize packs that they call teams. Unfortunately for them, teams usually result in a total loss of communication and they can often begin to fight amongst each other. These teams are quite unlike those formed by non-noobs.

Noobs have difficulty reading English and cannot comprehend the idea of authority.

BEWARE: in GUNROX are many n00bs, make sure you aren't one :D

Q: How can I delete my account ?
A: Account deletion haven't been implemented yet. If you not confirm your account creation, you account will be deleted automaticly in 7 days.

Q: We can close doors by no boxes, why ?
A: The idea is to make this games an optimal play time length, there won't be closing boxes because it will add to the length of the game which is bad.

Q: Is there will be some currency in game to trade betwen players ?
A: There will be no game currency, period. This is because we wanted to encourage interactions between players. IMO barter between players helps them to scialize it the game.

Q: Is there will be multilayer complexed maps ?
A: I doubt we will implement multilayer maps as game engine wasn't designed for them in the first place. IMO multilayer maps adds a lot of unnecessary complexity we are trying to avoid for all costs.

Q: Is there will be nationality of the player next to rank ?
A: ENKORD dont want to implement nationality/country/language tags is to prevent discrimination based on those. We afraid that a lot of players (especially young ones) might start to kick players based on their flag.

Q: Is there will be Crouch / Prone / Standing positions implemented to reduce enemy accuracy to our units ?
A: We want to make this game as simple and accessible as possible, so we decided to pass on those. This would make things a little too easy for campers. This game's already has a cover option - BUILDINGS!!

Q: So I'm getting my college roommate to play gunrox again, problem is when probably have the same IP since we live in the same room, and use the same internet. Playing with him would be fun, but I don't want mods to ban me because it appears like similar IP. Any suggestions ?
A: Same IP alone doesn't make you a criminal. It only makes us watch you more often. So play fair and you have nothing to afraid of.

Q: What is KOTH (King of the Hill) game type ?
A: In KOTH game type you can win by points when you control special zone in the center of map for some time, also you can win by normal way by wipping out opponents.

Q: GUNROX game launcher show me error: 'Loader safe-update error-cannot replace file"C/ProgrammData/Enkord/Gunrox/gunrox.exe"Please try running CORE.exe under administrator rights.' Please help me.
A: Remember to play GUNROX you will need Administrator privilages. It would greatly help us to localize your gunrox loader problem if you send us log files at support@enkord.com . To do this please open the folder of the installed game. There should be subfolder called "data". If this subfolder there are two files: "log.html" and "hgelog.txt". Send us those two files.

Q: What specific kind of weapons tier could be spawned on map locations ?
A: Beginner Quarter and Lost Beach spawns Tier 1 weapons
Lost Beach and Junkyard can spawn Tier 2 weapons
Memorial Boulevard can spawn Tier 3 weapons
Ice Valley can spawn Tier 4 weapons and Tier 5.

Q: I don't understand why a person who has his units equipt gets a bonus in xp (150%), and a "naked" person doesn't. can anyone explain the logic behind this to me?
A: That was made to encourage people playing equipped. Otherwise everyone will play naked -> no item rotation -> no need for Cash Shop -> no money for developers -> no GUNROX

Q: What can I do when found bug in game ?
A: Post it on GUNROX forum.

Q: Is there will be some PvNPC (Player vs Non Playable Character) scenerio in GUNROX ?
A: No, this wasn't planned to be a PvNPC game, so I highly doubt something like that will be implemented. It is PvP game.

Q: Who is a casher ?
A: It is a player who charge his account with Enkord Cash at last once.

Q: How it is possible that I see on player card that I quit couple games, but really I never quit ?
A: Probably you quit couple games at first round (bacause your possition was bad or something else and you think that you can avoid counting it as a quit), its wrong thinking because now quit in first minute of game is counted as a quit in player card, but you not lose your equipment.

Q: I cannot connect to the game. What should I do?
A: Check your firewall settings and make sure you have following prots open:

12110
12111
12112

Also ports might be blocked at your provider so you might want to call your ISP and make sure mentioned ports are open.

Furthermore sometimes is shut down for maintainance or we are rolling up an update, so be patient and try to connect again later.
