You need to have some evidence to back this up, no evidence, no case, no bann.
For all we know its a 8 year old kid that thought it'd be funny to put that up, tho he might be banned for abusive name.
But thats all that they can do unless some one puts up a post showing him asking for there name, how old they are, where they live, if they would like to meet up..
