C2A recruitment and retention program
C2A is always looking for Top Performers. We strive to recruit the best in Tournament Play, Fames, Individual Activity & Aggression, and Outposts.
To encourage people to join and to stay, we offer the following incentives:
1. TOP FAMERS
************
The TOP 3 Famers will get 5,000 Enkord in cash (or art that is equal or less than that amount from the market).
1a. Only 3 players will receive rewards for fames.
1b. In the event of a tie, the reward will be given to the player who,
(i) Is the most Active in the TOP 100 Activity Listing or
(ii) Has played the most games in Outpost or
(iii) Has been in the clan the longer of the those who are tied.
2. TOP Activity is rewarded 2,500 Enkord in items.
It is 5,000 Enkord if Top 5 Activity player for 3 weeks straight.

3. OUTPOSTS
***********
If a player wins an outpost and holds it successfully until the end of the week when points reset, that player will get 2,500 Enkord for every outpost that the player actively won and/or defends.
Example: Mariana wins Lost 1 outpost and holds for 6 days then
holds Lost 2 outpost for 6 days,... that is 5k each week in bonus.
4. BOUNTY

On occasion there are players or clans who choose to harm C2A members or the clan as a whole. We encourage players to attack our enemies.
Cash is also given as a bounty for attack points earned.
EXAMPLE: ranger01 player has bounty on his head. If players attack ranger01, 1Enkord will given for every 30 attack points earned.
Only clan leader can declare who has a bounty on their head.

RECRUITMENT
======================
To be recruited into C2A, our clan prefers that we take active players and cashers.
REFERRALS also improve your chances of being prioritized over others. A referral is when a clan member tells clan that you are a good player and reliable. A referral is good because we try to build trust among clan members.
Normally, someone asking to be added to the clan will be added only when there is a vacancy. Only the clan leader may assure a player that they are "next" to be recruited.
KICK
====
You will be kicked if you harass/offend/lie/cheat or steal from your fellow clan members, are a constant nuisance to the clan members, or share information to other clans or players that may be sensitive in nature.
You have a high chance of being kicked from clan if you have the lowest in activity (aggression, fame points, outposts).
Other notes...
--------------
Cash or incentives earned are paid only to player's accounts in clan (example: ranger01 is TOP 4 famer but wants the 5k to go to his Mariana account, also in C2A. this is ok).
Cash or incentives earned are _LOST_ if, for any reason, you leave the clan (misclick quit clan, kicked from clan, etc.).
Cash or incentives earned are _LOST_ if you are banned permanently. You may appeal to clan leader to give cash or incentives to your other account if and only if the account is in C2A.

rag tag team of pros
hmm....
i see C2A as something more along the lines of...
a team of hired professionals to fulfill a mission
the mission has several parts (fames, outposts, aggression, etc)
we look for specialists... some who are good in some things but great in others.
and because of this i see C2A as a rag tag group of mercenaries like any other elite team.
some are funny.
some are serious.
some are total monsters in 1x1
and some are only good in team play.
at the end of the day, they see camaraderie in the clan and a whole lot of GOLD or SILVER that we share as our reward.
several get direct cash for their individual or team contribution to making the squad or clan the best in its class.

Naahhh, main thing is all we hate saracin and toxic😁. Maybe for low levels 5k is much, some of 50 lvs in clan spend x 5k every week/how we take reta level 10 and even ranger is not spender n1 in clan/. Also many of us stay in this clan long enoupgh and not move in toxic or voltron clan even they call us 😁
Bad is when sara is weak, no more fun no challenge sara come back you idiot

Well i play in gr alliance a lot of fames like this week i plaied 6 and won the 5 (Lost from abu-ali only 3x1)and what if i was in c2a i will get paid 5k for doing the same thing :OO??BUT gr alliance is my familly and expect it to go high ... we are 4-5 friends that have made it top 10 clan!!!and we will continue with only 10 members .... we are one of the 5 best i think....😉
