LOLWUT? CarpeDiem clan belongs to grzesiek, he is the one who created it.
To summarize your flood:
1. I can only return clans to people who originally paid and created them in the fist place.
2. Only those people can be considered true owners. If you were clan leader for some time this doesnt mean this clan belongs to you unless see #1
3. If you paid some other person for "purchasing" a clan, consider you gave that person a gift, cause clans can only be purchased in Cash Shop and cannot be sold from one player to another, cause true owner can always return his clan no matter what.
4. I will not return any cash for your shady deals cause you did that on your own risk.
