the outpost bonus is fair in tournament without arts? players with clan have resistances and more HP...

It's not fair at all in no art tournaments. +15 HP, +3 Regeneration, Stun & Blind resistance. This counts as 6-8 extra perks. In the most recent 10-14 tournament, the Toxicity winner Homie joined with 3-4 accounts and benefited from these outpost bonuses in a no art, no perks tournament. It puts a bad taste in my mouth because no art tournaments are supposed to be about the 2 single players and which unique perks & skills will win, not which clan can gain the most advantages.
But don't bet on this being removed because outposts generate way too much artifact gambling revenue for them to devalue the reward for winning them.
