it depends on the skill each of your units.
example: unit 1 , if you are lvl 50 and you have 100 skill in pistol and 100 skill in melee, you can use all the weapons in pistol and melee, but not higher than 100 skill. If you put 100 perks in melee or pistol then you can use all the weapons in melee and pistol 10-120 skill

You can't
LOL you can't use ALL guns, you just don't have enough skill points. Unless you get ALL guns with legendary art modifier.

its not possible if these guns are not arts, cuz you can make on unit only 2 weapons 120 skill, on 3 units you have 6
