holy crap... "sometimes scratch & criticals are making someone win" oh really? how the hell did you find it out? Wanna make many crits? buy tons of pb or epic revolvers or add luck perks... you dont wanna scratches? lol use sureshot arts or weapons with laser.
Now few words about ur thinking with chance of scout or aksu... you are talking that with those weapons there is most scratches, ok i agree there is alot scratches but when you have 20 skill in assault and you use coltm4 You have as much chance for scratch as with aksu on 0 skill so would you preffer to use aksu or colt on lvl 10? colt with 65% chance or aksu with 75%? ofc you would use colt cause has more dmg, on low lvl you can use makarov with laser then you will have 100% chance but why you preffer scout or aksu? ofc it has more dmg than makarov - as for me everything is ballanced well and there is nothing to talk about...

You are true but maybe this is because colt has more dmg .. on launcher it has more damage too..

- 70% skills
- 10% map

- 10% if you get the first turn
Clover Quarter:
- 79% skills
- 6.5% map
- 9% luck
- 5.5% if you get the first turn
Lost Beach:
- 70% skills
- 10% map
- 10% luck
- 10% if you get the first turn
Junkyard (death match):
- 74% skills
- 8% map
- 10% luck
- 8% if you get the first turn
Mystic Forest
- 85% skills
- 6% map
- 7% luck
- 2% if you get the first turn
My level is about levels 3-11, that is my results and opinion, and of course, if youre naked or unarmed vs an armed guy OR weak arm vs good armed, this dont work!

i was vs an enemy and i got a metal armor and i really needed that metal armor to be full armed (i was naked) and i shotted him but i SCRATCHED so i lost and didn't got a metal armors for some minutes ☹((( and got 5 enkord E not more ☹(((
