Next Time when u need to transfer arts Give them 1 by 1 so if he is stealer u will lose 1 art only .

i had the same problem 2yrs ago.
mods/bers only said... "life is not fair."
as long as another player did not hack into ur account... then it is not a problem.
no one can force u to do something 😉
same... you can not force someone to do something (especially like 'return my arts).
i had problem with Alowa33 who made same promises. lied of course. i lived another day and learned from it. now... he apologized many times.
