AFF its common expression used mainly by brasilian players.
It means "disapointment", when you do something bad/not so good, or "bore" when their getting bored with something/it taking too long to acomplish something. Its really common to see it spamming in almost-fully-brasilian megas. Or (in almost all cases...) it can be used as flood by them.

Well that is a really philosophical question you are asking here. Although the brasilian answer seems to be the right one. There are many other explanations.
Asean Football Federation is one of them Accelerated Free Fall another. I love three letter acronyms for their wide variety of possible explanations. But in this case I don't think it is a 3LA but just a sound. Like a deep outbreath of disappointment 🙄
