you said in the BETA version you could still make a clan for free...
would you allow me to create a clan for beginners...

The maxium number of clans has already been reached, the Sungas clan has been added as a gesture towards all the Brazillian players.
If you want a clan , then wait a start one when the cash shop with the clan feature is released.
