yes, the true buyer of the clan can recover it as many times as you want :D

PS: dont buy clan its sux =) wast cash in doubles and etc and u can enter in a good clan, its the best =) :D

Original CREATOR of clan can take leadership back to his clan anytime he chooses. Don't buy clans from people in the game, it's best to buy from the Cash Shop.

Anyway if u will buy clan u can get ban ofc :)
