Gunrox is very interesting game, reminds me one of my most favourite game series (Ufo enemy unknown, Jagged Alliance), but... Why units have line of sights all around them? Making 90 degrees in front of unit as visible only isnt that hard, as well as implement order 'look at' (defaultly at right mouse button in similiar games) doesn't require lots of work, but would make games much more interesting.

I know that it isn't any original idea, but lack of this is really frustrating...or perhpas I'm too deeply in UFO-like games, anyway, why it isn't implemented in this game?

I can guess the answer for you :)
They are trying to balance between a game that is easy to learn for all and a game that offers more tactical options, and this is probably too far in the latter category.

Yeah, its not a bad idea to start creating the game with this idea. However, the game maps and guns were MADE with the full 360 vision in mind. The vision is one of the cores of the game function I'm afraid :(
