Dutch translation

I don't know if many have noticed but a dutch translation has been added.

There are still many typing errors and words that don't fit in the space they have , if any of you has some dutch skill and sees something that should be fixed ,
please post it here and i will go fix it as i'll probably won't be able to find all of the typing errors by myself.
