Even though I haven't played that game (or the series for that matter, not my type of game), this is looking very promising as a new upgrade. Only question is will the blade not allow the silencer on the pistol and vice-versa?

This is going to be pistol-knife hybrid, and no, you can't have silencer for that, it's one of those upcoming weapons for skill 100 and 120.

Of course, you can do that with any gun available. Only then it's called "Gun Buck". So that's why it's going to be a weapon and not an upgrade for previous pistols.
