Christmas update #3 - 50% off on prices and Beginners' Quarter completely redone

We've also completely redone Beginners' Quarter so it will look better now:

Other changes:
- When disconnected, there won't be any turn skips now, player units will stand still like player is there but away from keyboard. hopefully this will help those people who disconnect frequently.
- Trading between players from the same IP now blocked.
- fixed: error attacking your own mines after previous update.

50% discount is good, but what about those who don't use a Cash Shop!
NO presents for US :( SO sad :(
Suggestion: Santa's costume should be free for everyone for at least 10 days! That would make the game more fun!

Just wait... there's still a few days before Christmas comes around. We do know that the majority of players here don't use the Cash Shop. So be patient for goodness sakes!
