There will be no massive perk/skill reset ever cause some people spent a lot of money to rebuild their characters and it will be very unfair to them granting free reset to everyone now. We had several global resets during beta days, but now those days are over, and no global resets will be done in the future, sorry. However we have plans for some Xmas special.
