starting weapon bug

i started a game after leveling to lv 9 with some new weapons and stuff and when i start in the lost quarter one of my units has stuff from the previous battle the one with a new weapon doesnt have the weapon and another started off naked! i lost most of the stuff i gave to my guys after the fight even though i did not use those weapons/armour! i dont know what caused this but fix it as soon as possible!:mad::mad::mad::mad:

You need to start absolutely naked without single item in your inventory in order to get free weapon.

no i had stuff when i started but the stuff i eqiped before the game did not show up... some of it did but not all...:mad:
