This would make the insightful perk much better :)

The health bar is what "motivates" the other player into thinking they have "accomplished" something.

The worst case scenario in this idea is... a bad player may never get a kill, and might get a little too discouraged about playing this game... :(

yea bad idea, you need a guage as to how your doing against yer opponent
