When you level up, you win a point of perk to spend. Unlike the skills of weapons, when you level up, you unlock new Perks, and they also unlock other Perks and also the other skills. To avoid phrases like "I should have put more points in that Perk," there is a list of Perks retrieval you know where to spend the Perk points.

Nice start! Although there are some corrections/changes that need to be made to a few of the perks. The Dr. Minigun perk needs Increased HP in addition to strong back (from what I can remember). Also, the "Mastery" skills also get better as you pick them several times (ie. skills get better the more you pick them).

I have a questin, 1rst can you use perk dieter more than once? and will you be able to use perks like lock'n load more than once?

Since the last update most of the perks have been changed dramatically so don't use this guide.

It's not implemented yet, it was put there for future updates.

But when it does show up... it could really throw everyone's tactics out the window because some of these weapons behave VERY differently than what we have now (think super sniper rifles, phasers e.g.).

i heard a rumors that energetic will shoot through ANY obstacles ;) maybe something like microwaves (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y8NSBy9ubco) but its only mine supposition :D

Well... not all of them, I think... but I do believe that they will cause people to head for the skill/perk reset feature of the premium shop once they realize the power of these nasty weapons. So we will need to test them out when the players start unlocking the perk, but that's still a long ways out!

hmm why do you talk so much about the feature? there are still alot of things to do...and besides i was happy with the aksu you provided me with..now there are more guns ,but the difference between them is only in their dmg and distances (sometimes) so THIS GAME TURNS not into a tactical game but a LEVEL Pumping..no tactic...pure level.. ehh

I can see your pain with the levels, but the player's choice of perks and skills also play a role here. Some players found a certain combination of weapon skills and perks that give their units a great deal of effectiveness. As newer perks begin to show, players may have to change their strategies to counter players that use the new perks to great effect.

i think/hope that my table (*.html) of perks is more correct. also i added some faq, wich is based on russian forum. link for UOH"s topic is in my signature, for downloading use link in my latest post. weapon discription will be added during next week, perk icons will not be added all, because i am on 20 lvl and not all perks are available for me :) if it contains some mistakes, send me correct version to PM or post in UOH topic. thanks.

I did some forum search about the skill "knock out", and if I understood correcty it makes enemy drops his weapon(s?) instead of giving 100% stun, so I think better description would be "disarms enemy".

So about the energetic weapons , they will be like weapons taht ther ammo is batteries or laser weapons ??
and if you say that it needs a long time more to this update then i think taht no 1 should put this perk cz it will be a wasted perk maybe later they create a new account like most of gunrox players and they put this perk after more than 2 years maybe eheheh

You made a mistake
- DR perks x 10 = 10%
- Turtle: 3% and 1% per unused AP
- Shelter: 3% and 2% per unused AP

So, with 12 unused AP you have: 10% + 3% + 3% + 12 x 3% = 52% DR

However I'm not sure if (1) the DR from armor adds up to your natural DR, or (2) it comes into play AFTER or (3) BEFORE the damage is subtracted by your natural DR.

If (1) is true, say you have a 52% natural DR, and 30% DR from armor
--> 82% total DR
--> Instead of getting shot for 100 HP, you lose 18 HP
If (2) is true
--> 100 HP is subtracted by 52% DR of your natural DR --> 48 HP
--> 48 HP is subtracted by 30% of the armor DR --> you lose 34 HP instead of 100
If (3) is true
--> 100 - (100 x 30%) = 70 HP
--> 70 - (70 x 52%) = 34 HP

So, in short, if (2) or (3) is true, your actual DR will never exceed 100%, and will always receive damage from weapon. Can somebody confirm this?

About poison damage, if your DR from turtle + shelter is 36%, then you take 36% more damage from poison (instead of 50 you will receive 50 + 50 x 36% = 68 damage)
