Loader problem: again and again

I already know these problems. they happen all the time for me, but usually after a few tries the game loads and works fine.

This time its not working at all.
I did the following:
1. Used administrator to activate the loader and core.exe
2. Restarted my computer.
3. Reinstasll gunrox with different versions (old and new)
4. Did 1+2+3 on 2 different computers and problem remained.

I must add that I have downloaded the new game installer file and its not working as well.
