Update 11-Nov-2008 - New Appearance

All players who will purchase appearance elements in the next two weeks will have them for 360 days instead of 90

+ added new appearance elements like american football uniform, demon wings, etc.
+ now all win/loose stats are hidden for all people, but any player can show/hide his stats for free anytime
+ now player information screen has 2 tabs - one is informtaion that player enters about himself, other is game stats
+ another attempt to fix bug with wrong info/trade click
+ shop: ability to hide your stats was replaced with ability to see other people's stats (who already purchased hide stats ability will have ability to see stats for free)
+ when you throw grenades or shoot RPG obstacles now highlighted like with regular shot
+ now you can't shoot your own characters or allies (can still shoot your own mines though)
+ shop: added ability to drop all perks and skills for single unit
+ fixed: when player silenced for flood automatically message was shown only at beginners quarter
+ fixed: bug with bayonet

Nice job.. It was a problem that everyone could see the stats because a LOT of players will do a lot to only play against players who have waaaay worse stats than themselves. This update could mean that it will be a lot easier to get a fight, and if not it will at least mean that more people will support the game by using the cash shop so they can continue their chicken playing-style :)

Also a nice one, I have once killed one of my own units because I thought I could throw the grenade over a hedge.

OMG - no more friendly fire??? That was a very good thing about this game! I predict this change will be reversed soon enough.

Friendly fire is there, you just can't shoot your teammates on purpose holding Ctrl anymore.

About the hiding win/loss... what happens to the players that bought that feature already, do they get something else in return?

For those against the friendly fire change I hope you misunderstood what the change was really about... It stops team-killers and besides from that it doesn't change the gameplay, meaning that it is a very good change.

Sarcasm is very hard to spot on online forums/chatrooms for your information. It's good to use on occasion in person, but shouldn't be done on online because almost nobody but the poster can tell if it is sarcasm. At least you're a good sport about it. Now let's hope the spying rate drops from this...
