Alternative way to earn Enkord Cash - drive players to the game

Preamble

Since a lot of players can't (or do not want) to charge Enkord Cash with real money due to some reasons, we have introduced an alternative way to earn Enkord Cash.

We are talking about player referrer program. The point is you can refer player to the game and earn Enkord Cash when he gains levels in the game.

How to drive players?

Referring players is extremely simple. All you need is having some person click your special URL and opened GUNROX website and he will be automatically counted as player referred by you. URL must be like this:

where instead of berserker you put your own nickname from the game.

You can put this link anywhere - send it to your friend via instant messenger or social network, publish it on forums or blogs which you visit, etc. Just don't cross the line and don't be a impudent spammer. If you publish your link on some forum give it a brief description and tell people what do you like about this game and why do you think others should try it.

Reward

You will earn money not for clicks but for gaining levels by referred player. Therefore spam-clicking on the link won't do anything, only driving actual players is rewarded.

If you refer a player you will receive following amounts:

When player referred by you gains level 2 - 10 enkord cash
When player referred by you gains level 3 - 20 enkord cash
When player referred by you gains level 4 - 30 enkord cash
When player referred by you gains level 5 - 40 enkord cash
When player referred by you gains level 6 - 50 enkord cash
When player referred by you gains level 7 - 60 enkord cash
When player referred by you gains level 8 - 70 enkord cash
When player referred by you gains level 9 - 80 enkord cash
When player referred by you gains level 10 - 90 enkord cash

This way you will earn 450 enkord cash per player total. It might be not that big amount but if you have referred tens or hundreds of players it will easily becomes more lump.

Conclusion

Don't forget that participatins in this player referral program you not only earn Enkord Cash but also helping this game to grow and develop. The more players will be in this game - the faster it will grow and improve. Don't hesitate and start helping GUNROX project right away! :)

Instantly. Once referred player reaches level 2 you will get 10 enkord cash and so on.

michielh3: There is at least 5 times as many Danish players in the game than Dutch and your population is three times bigger than ours... You have got to fix that or can you really live with being owned by the Danish Vikings (again)? :D

I'm French and I do not see any trace of other French players, which penalizes me in the game, not easy to communicate in a language other than his own ...:rolleyes:

cajunafi: It is because France (and Germany) is very well known not to support bilinguality... And that really isolates the people. If you just learned proper English there would be no need for a French version of the game, and there would be no need for you to seek a French clan and it would be no problem that you can't find French players in the game. English is not my mother/main language as well, but I sure as hell don't expect any games to come in Danish versions :p (and actually I would hate it if they did). In my country practically everyone speaks two or three languages. Danish + English and then either French or German (but the third language is usualluy not spoken fluently). And of course those moving here from other countries (e.g. Vietnam) normally on top of that speaks their (or their parents') original language.
Education is the way! ;)

If you really want to learn how to create websites it is not something you "just do". It takes months of work to learn (properly). And if you even want to make something technically advanced you also need to learn real programming and database theory and then it can easily take years to master.

Piteco: I think it is called "capital letters", and I am 99% sure that it does not matter at all in what casing you write it, so either way will work. But berserker knows for sure.

i understood him without your help. in direct link unimportant, but we were talking about parameter (piteco/PITECO), that sent by GET method. as cookies are different, i think it is importand to use big letters. but anyway url accept majuscule :)

So, when they make their accounts, how can you know that they are the people who entered in this link???? This link just shows the site, no a place to create the account. So, i sent this link to another email MINE to make an account. I did to try, not to fake. So i entered in the link and entered in the site by it. Now, how can the person create the account and you know that is the same who entered in the link. Understand? :confused:

When person enters website using this link, cookie is created in web browser that has information about referrer. Then when he/she downloads game, referrer information stored in cookie is transfered to server and server generates custom setup file that has referrer information injected. When custom setup file is installed, referrer information is stored into Windows registry, and then when player creates new account, referrer information is transfered from Windows registry into GUNROX server and stored with new account forever. Therefore every time when this new account levels up, your referred account will get a credit.

As you can see this system pretty reliable as it tracks carefully referrer information from start to finish.
