my user was opened and i went out... when i came back it says my account

is LOCKED.

I payed good money for playing gunrox and I demand an answer for that.

Your payments were considered fraudulent by our payment processor and were refunded. That is why account is automatically locked. You can contact orders@regnow.com and state your order IDs to investigate further.

There are some cases where your country affects your standing credit-wise. If you feel that this is the case, definitely put that to use. Also, if you used a debit card as payment (which I do from time to time, especially for first time payments), put that into your argument.

well this is part of the mail that I have received from RegNow (the third party company that deals with money transfers to gunrox)

communication error ? i cant say how dissapointed i am about this...

anyone else had that problem and willing to help me ?

Dude, this problem is not anything to do with Gunrox - you need to figure it out yourself. Sorry man :(

Everyone that uses the cash shop is a client of the bussiness called GUNROX.
this bussiness belongs to ENKORD company as far as I can tell.

I made a few deals in my life and I know a bussiness that want to succeed must support its paying clients...

I have been waiting for 4 days and did not get a response ( and trust me I made a lot of afforts in order to get my answers)

A satisfied client will keep buying a good product... I am not a satisfied client.

Bingo. There's NOTHING to do with Gunrox itself, the problem solely lies with the payment system and RegNow. Gunrox only uses RegNow as a middleman (I think).

RegNow do not have acces to ones account. they can not open/close/ban/lock/silence accounts.

You seem to be logging on just fine - i see you everyday. If you are referring to money, that is Regnow.

If they deem payment is fraudulent we automatically block account as naturally it means game abuse.
