Here's a more complicated one:
When artifact vs. artifact happens (say a knife with poison ability attacks an armor with poison resistance), does the percentages cancel out via. subtraction or does the percentage of the armor reduce the attacking artifact's ability (IE. 33% of 60% lowers 60 to 40%)?
