Where i can find M16 and uzi?

I play now in the junkyard its seems very hard to find M16 or uzi
are there place that is easy to find gears like uzi and the new level stuff like new Machine gun and sniper rifle?

Try playing at Memorial Boulevard when you get to level 15.

BTW: M16's been replaced by Colt M4!
