Yes, we already punished arjan several times, so no need to worry about it. He paid for unban which is perfectly fine. If we will catch him faking we will ban him again so I hope he will continue to play fair.

But, while I understand you want to make as much money as possible, would it not be better to have a really permanent ban for people who routinely cheat and destroy the game for others? Something like maximum three paid ban-removes seems fair. If people have not understood that they cannot fake their way ahead of others by that time, they deserve to be permabanned no matter what $.
