Disconnection problem

This is not really a bug so I post it here.
I am having severe disconection problems with several disconnections eevry game and sometimes in between.
Few things are as frustrating ass loosing your hard earned gear due to disconnections during games....
I notices a recomandation to open several ports on the firewall (12101,12111 etc) which I did.

Is it only me? Should I blame my ISP or is it a well known problem shared by all?
Anything I can do about it?

It might be a problem with our sever so do not rush to ring the bell at your ISP. We are planning to move to a new good and fast server next week.
