my idea about arts

What do you think about changing the modification of artifacts to
level 1-5 (dark blue) - 1 option (random option)
level 6-9 (light blue) - 2 options (2 bad options)
level 10-12(orange) - 3 options (1 good option and 2 bad options)
level 13-14(yellow) - 4 options (2 good options and 2 bad options)
level 15(white) - 5 options (3 good options and 2 bad options)

bad options is something like corrosive, lightened, copper, stacked etc
good)) options is sinister , sureshot, ageless, legendary etc

It is bad idea? I think if bers make 5 options in art and a bit bigger price more players will start gamble then he take more cash =]

Magic/arts are modifly randomised into a certain art
You cant change that
If you where able to modify your own arts it make no sense.
