Update 12-Sep-2008 - prerelease skills and perks reset

We have dropped perks and skills for all those beta-testers who've been with us all this time. This is final reset so spend your points wisely. However if you will make a mistake in your build you still will be able to reset your skills and perks later by purchasing special abilities in Cash Shop which will be launched very soon.

Other changes:
+ away player status now added.
+ fixed: blind bug
+ is weapon has laser pointer, accuracy will be 100% even if unit is blinded
+ level up screen improved
+ if game has same clan members only at both sides this game wont be counted to calculate clan rating at location
+ units now placed closer to the edge of the map on start
+ now enemy skills are shown when you have advanced insight perk instead of just insightful
+ beginners' quarter and lost quarter changed a bit and number of boxes there increased
+ location hint improved (now shows additional parameters)
+ main menu buttons had no sound

The fabled reset has arrived! Last call for corrections before the big release!

Also nice to see more bugs and problems being tweaked.

An interesting thing to note now is that pistols are going to be very, VERY popular now that laser pointers nerf flash grenades!

But it would be better if the resett-announcement be a eyecatcher. Because i dont notice that and start my first match at memorial with my best weapons, (artefact-sniper and benelli m4, big armor and so on) and i cant use anything with skills at 0.

Naturally i lost and lose this fine weapons.

Berserker didn't even have to give us a reset - I'm thankful for that. Also, when the points are reset and you had to reallocate them... that didn't ring any alarms? :rolleyes:

There have been hints to a perk reset for a few weeks now , and the update should have made you check to see if it was that update ..

Sure it could have been better brougth to your attention ( like a big fat "WARNING YOU HAVE SKILL AND PERK POINTS LEFT" )

But you could have also just checked yourself as you made your inventory ( the this unit can't use warning didn't ring a bell .. )

Looks like browser have cached an old news. We will fix that.

You can reset if yourself by purchasing reset features in the Cash Shop.

yea guys ones you reset them you get back the feeling , the right one for this game , And then you trully understand that a buch of pizzas wont stand for it :D,It is pricely indeed but worths evry single Penny!!!!! :D

Indeed, even more so when you can set up for the "Super-Perks" later on in the game. What are "Super-Perks"? The ones that don't show up until late... and have very heavy requirements to enable them... AND THE MOST FREAKING POWERFUL EFFECTS TO DATE!
