Question about weapon skills

A question about weapon skills :

I've seen people talk about a few times now and it start making les and les sence .. so here's what I can't understand :

If you have ( for example ) 40 SMG skill 30 grenade skill and 45 pistol skill.

You'll then start with a pistol and the grenade as secondary ?
Or the SMG and then the pistol ?

And what about 40 SMG and 30 grenade and 30 Mine ??
Will you then start with an SMG and a Grenade and a Mine ??

From the weapons you have mentioned, all but one are considered to be secondary weapons. The SMG will be given to you in both scenarios. For the first situation, the pistol will be given to you because it has a higher skill rating. For the second scenario, you will get either a grenade or a mine because their ratings are the same.

you can start with 1 primary weapon (higest skill, if same then random), and ANY number of secondary weapons

pistol is secondary, so in both exaples you will be granted with ALL weapons

Aah that explains a lott, so ANY secondary will be given ( when skill level is high enough) and primary will only have one give , thanks for the awnser :D

REALLY?! When that skill/perk reset comes around...... I know what I'm puttin my points into!

yeah:) for example now when i start with nothin i am getting: milkor mgl, beretta, hand grenade, but it isnt best combination...maybe ak47/pipe/grenade ;) (guerilla style lol)
