why lvl 15 not allowed to enter tournament :mad: will sometime be a tournament for lvls 13-16 or something ???

Because we allow only frame of 5 levels, otherwise it will be unfair to level 10 players. There will be tournaments for other levels after we will finish this one, namely 15-19 and 20-24
