my points!

i cant give more points to my character even tho im lvl 5!my shotgun man supposed to have 12 skill points in shotgun.sniper man supposed to have 12 points skill in sniper rifles and my assault rifleman...well...you know.but their skill is only 10!pls help(you might think there is no extra points,but there is)

Maximum skill is limited by level*2 so 10 points is your maximum for all skills at level 5.
